In endurance sports like swimming; cycling and running, efficiency is everything. This is most important in training. We want to make the most efficient use of our time, especially if that time is limited.

The 'cyber' in CyberCo@ch refers only to our means of communication. You will deal on a one-to-one basis with a real human being who's passion for training and racing is matched by his desire and commitment to seeing others achieve the same fulfillment from their sport.  

There are no 'cookie-cutter' or 'one-size-fits-all' programs. Your training schedules will be designed by a coach with nearly thirty years of competitive racing under his belt and more than twenty years of coaching experience.  

Training schedules are planned around your life, your other commitments, and are focused on your personal goals. The schedules will be continuously adapted to take into account unexpected changes in your life and even 'same-day' adjustments are possible as your coach is just an email or phone call away. 

Apart from detailed, descriptive training schedules, utilizing whatever training technology at your disposal, you will also benefit from continuous, unlimited, one-on-one communication with your Coach.
